Terms of Service
These terms explain what to expect when you use Yoori, an AI companion and self-care app, and the Yoori website.
An AI companion
Yoori is software. Its responses can be incomplete or wrong.
Not medical care
Yoori is not a doctor, therapist, or emergency service.
Your content
You remain responsible for what you choose to share and do with a response.
1. Using Yoori
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the Yoori app, cairn-ai.tech, and related services (the “Services”). Yoori is operated by Wang Wenrui as an individual; “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wang Wenrui. By accepting these Terms or using the Services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may ask for separate permission before enabling AI processing, health synchronization, notifications, or other features.
2. What Yoori does
Yoori offers an AI companion and tools for conversations, everyday records, reminders, and self-care. Features can change, be unavailable in some regions or on some devices, or be interrupted. Some features require an internet connection or permission to process information.
Yoori uses automated AI systems. It is not a person and its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or out of date. Review important information independently before acting on it.
Yoori is not medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, professional advice, or an emergency service. Do not rely on it for urgent decisions. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Joining the website waitlist lets us contact you about launch updates and invitations. It does not guarantee access, timing, platform availability, pricing, or specific features.
3. Eligibility and guest access
You must be permitted to use the Services under applicable law. If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian to review these Terms and provide permission where required.
You can currently use Yoori as a guest without a phone number. A guest account depends on the credential stored on your device. If the device or credential is lost, or you delete app data before a recovery method is available and linked, you may lose access to that account and its records. Keep your device and credentials secure.
4. Your content
You decide what to enter or upload and remain responsible for it. Please share information about another person only when you have the right to do so. You retain any rights you have in your content.
You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and use your content as needed to provide and maintain the features you request, including sending the information needed for AI and voice features to service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission is limited by your choices, applicable law, and the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to violate the law or another person’s rights; harass, exploit, or harm others; distribute malicious code; interfere with security or availability; attempt unauthorized access; or use automated requests to abuse the Services. Do not misrepresent AI output as a verified professional opinion or use it to make decisions for others without appropriate review.
6. Privacy and permissions
Our Privacy Policy describes the information involved in conversations, records, health synchronization, voice, notifications, diagnostics, and support. You can withdraw AI permission or turn off health synchronization in the app. Doing so may make associated features unavailable; existing records are not automatically deleted.
7. Third-party services
The Services depend on third-party infrastructure, AI, voice, notification, and device services. Their availability and separate terms may affect the features you use. Apple and Google operate their respective app stores and device services; your relationship with them is governed by their terms.
8. Our rights and feedback
The Services, including their software, design, characters, and branding, belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal permission to use the Services; they do not transfer ownership to you.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you permit us to use them to improve the Services without compensation to you. Please do not send confidential information as feedback.
9. Suspension and account deletion
You may stop using Yoori at any time and can request account deletion in the app. A deletion request deactivates the account and begins the deletion process described in the Privacy Policy. Removing the app from your device alone does not necessarily delete records stored on our servers.
We may limit or suspend access when needed to address misuse, security, legal obligations, or other serious service risks. Where appropriate and permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact us.
10. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Yoori useful and available, but the Services and AI output are provided without a guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or limits responsibilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Services change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. If you do not agree to an updated version, stop using the Services. Contact contact@cairn-ai.tech with questions.
